Job Summary
Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new enterprise customer acquisition and account expansion for a SaaS platform. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build executive-level relationships with top-tier organizations. Close high-value deals in the $100K-$250K+ range and serve as a trusted advisor across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, HR, and Operations. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet enterprise customers’ unique needs and engage in on-site client interactions. Compensation includes a competitive base with uncapped commissions and significant RSU equity, along with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 4-15+ years of experience selling to Fortune 5000 companies (sweet spot: 5-8 years)
- Proven ability to exceed quota in enterprise software sales
- Experience managing strategic sales across multiple business units
- Strong understanding of MEDDPICC and Force Management methodologies
- Ability to balance high-velocity deals with complex, high-value opportunities
- Enthusiasm for building deep customer relationships through on-site engagements
