Job Summary
Strategic Enterprise Account Executive role focused on selling the Qualtrics XM SaaS platform to large UK accounts, with ownership of a dedicated territory, account planning, demand generation, and closing strategies. Responsibilities include acquiring new business, developing comprehensive account plans (power maps, demand generation, closing strategies), managing relationships with senior client executives, coordinating with SDRs/solutions consultants/partners to drive senior engagement, understanding client business issues to craft tailored solutions, building business cases with clear ROI, and staying informed on offerings and competitive landscape to create win-based proposals and pricing strategies. Key requirements include significant SaaS enterprise selling experience, proven success with C-level engagement, 7-figure deal experience, full commercial ownership of strategic accounts, quota attainment, English fluency, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. The role operates within Qualtrics’ hybrid work model with a London-based location.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience selling SaaS solutions
- Experience discussing strategic business issues at Director and C-level in Large Enterprise accounts
- Significant success in driving and navigating C-level engagement & connections
- Significant experience in leading, planning and closing seven-figure deals
- Significant experience owning the full commercial capacity of Strategic Accounts
- Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Fluency in English
- Ability to educate potential clients on solutions relevant to their situation and demonstrate ROI
- Leveraging market network to generate interest in Qualtrics solutions
- Desire to manage a territory like running your own consultancy
- Engagement with clients across the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
