Job Summary
Strategic Enterprise Account Executive responsible for selling Comcast High Capacity Ethernet Networks, Internet, Video and Voice-based services to government, education, and medical institutions and other complex enterprise clients within a designated territory. Leads development of territory strategy, delivers live face-to-face presentations to strategic prospects, generates new leads, builds partnerships, and manages customer relationships to exceed financial targets. Requires deep knowledge of networking technologies (DSx, OC-x, WDM, Ethernet, VoIP, VPN, LAN/WAN), strong communication and negotiation abilities, and the ability to independently manage work priorities. Must attend out-of-office meetings with customers and be willing to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends; travel may be required. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience 5-7 years in enterprise sales or related technology roles. Candidate should be capable of collaborating with internal teams to ensure service levels meet customer expectations and contribute to a positive customer experience; familiarity with E-rate contracting processes and disaster recovery concepts is a plus.
