Job Summary
Energy Coach sought to support SEM programs in the Pacific Northwest, coordinating multiple participants and projects to identify and implement O&M strategies for energy savings. Responsibilities include guiding energy-efficiency discussions, coordinating facility audits/on-site evaluations, leading customer outreach, recruiting program participants, analyzing building energy use patterns, and delivering actionable recommendations. Collaboration with engineering, sales, and operations teams; preparation of reports and presentations; travel to customer sites.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in energy efficiency, building science, program coordination, or sustainability
- A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., energy management, sustainability, engineering, or building science) is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
