Job Summary
Lead administration and governance of the Dynatrace University LMS (Docebo), scaling the education platform ecosystem, establishing governance, and driving integrations and automation. Define centralized administration and support models with SLAs, partner with CX Ops and engineering, oversee ticketing and access management, standardize offerings (SKUs, pricing, packaging), and develop KPI frameworks to measure platform performance and business impact. Manage a high-performing team to deliver a scalable, compliant, and customer-friendly platform experience while enabling both internal and external stakeholders to effectively leverage the platform.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in LMS administration, platform operations, or learning technology environments
- Deep expertise in Docebo (required), including hands-on experience with administration, configuration, and system optimization
- Proven experience designing and scaling governance frameworks, workflows, and operating models
- Experience leading platform operations and support models, including ticketing systems and SLA-based environments
- Demonstrated ability to operate across internal and external user environments (customers and employees)
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to influence platform enhancements and integrations
- Strong understanding of how education platforms support customer lifecycle outcomes (adoption, retention, growth)
- Experience defining KPIs and leveraging data to drive decision-making and improvement
