Strategic Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary
Strategic Director, FP&A responsible for leading enterprise planning, forecasting, and long-range planning; partner with senior executives to influence strategic decisions; drive modernization and automation of FP&A operations; evaluate and implement future planning tools and AI-enabled finance capabilities; lead a team of FP&A professionals (Manager of FP&A and Senior Analysts); deliver executive insights through monthly reporting and KPI dashboards; translate complex financial information into actionable business recommendations and support strategic investments and growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A leadership
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Strong business partnership and executive communication skills
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Experience with planning, reporting, and business intelligence tools
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
