Job Summary
Progress through a five-phase strategic development program covering warehouse logistics, operations, inside sales, project management, outside sales, and account management. Learn product knowledge, vendor-to-customer flows, order management, inventory controls, credit management, and contract negotiation. Manage large-scale projects and build relationships with customers and vendors. Complete the program to determine your ideal career path within the wholesale distribution of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial products.
Required Qualifications
- College and/or University degree

- Desire to continuously learn and grow
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
