Job Summary
Strategic Development Program Trainee focused on rotating through Warehouse & Field Logistics, Operations, and Inside Sales/Account Management to gain hands-on experience across the full business. Responsibilities include assisting with material handling (shipping/receiving), field services, order management, inventory, pricing, credit, and operational controls, plus analyzing engineering drawings and completing project take-offs for municipal and industrial jobs. The program emphasizes building customer and vendor relationships, professional growth, and a clear career path designed with managerial support; CAD experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are beneficial. A post-secondary background is a plus but not prerequisite, with emphasis on developing leadership and cross-functional skills across Atlantic Canada’s waterworks and industrial product lines.
