Job Summary
Strategic Development Program Trainee will progress through a five-phase rotation (Warehouse Logistics, Operations, Inside Sales/Project Management, Outside Sales/Account Management, Career Path Development) to learn all aspects of the business from shipping/receiving, inventory control, pricing, and data analysis to customer service, project management, and sales. Responsibilities include hands-on warehouse operations, data entry and reporting to support operational decisions, developing project planning and coordination skills, conducting market research and competitive analysis, managing large-scale projects, negotiating contracts, maintaining detailed customer/vendor records, and building relationships with customers and teammates. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, analytical and problem-solving abilities, adaptability to a multi-phase program, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. Additional emphasis on customer service, teamwork, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are highlighted, along with a commitment to diversity and ongoing development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a multi-phase rotational program with diverse responsibilities
- Basic understanding of business operations, supply chain, or sales processes (preferred)
- Interest in project management and cross-functional collaboration
