Job Summary
Strategic Development Lead responsible for shaping and delivering Royal London's UK distribution strategy within the Chief Commercial Office. You will build and nurture new business relationships across intermediaries and financial services organisations, lead the acquisition process from tender through to pitches, represent Royal London at senior levels, and identify strategic opportunities to deepen partnerships. Collaborate across Distribution, Proposition, Marketing and RLAM to deliver priorities, spotting opportunities for sustainable long-term growth in wealth, long-term savings and protection channels. Must demonstrate strategic thinking, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to influence senior stakeholders, with a consultative, negotiation-focused approach and strong time-management abilities. A minimum QCF Level 4 qualification in financial products and adviser technology is required.
