Responsibilities include leading strategic programme execution, applying TPRM frameworks, overseeing cross-functional delivery and governance, and enabling organizational change through innovative technologies. Candidates should possess extensive financial services experience, expertise in TPRM and operational resilience, strong strategic and governance capabilities, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Over 15 years of experience in Financial Services
- Senior leadership roles in risk, resilience, and transformation
- Deep knowledge of TPRM practices
- Strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as PRA SS2/21, FCA PS21/3, EBA Guidelines, and DORA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with contract remediation and ICT register reporting
