Job Summary
Lead and own the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment to enterprise transformation goals and measurable business outcomes. Establish structured delivery frameworks including governance, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics to drive disciplined execution. Act as a strategic delivery partner to fulfill product ownership responsibilities, overseeing the initiative lifecycle from concept through implementation. Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to align on priorities, influence decisions, and drive outcomes through structured analysis and executive forums. Proactively identify risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies while leveraging automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy. Located in Toronto, Ontario with a base salary range of $99,200 - $136,400 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise PMO, or strategic delivery roles
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream, enterprise-level initiatives
- Proven experience working with senior executives and navigating complex organizational structures
- Experience delivering end-to-end initiatives, not solely advisory or recommendation-based roles
- Experience in consulting firms or consulting-style roles
