Job Summary
Strategic, high-visibility C-suite-facing role managing and expanding SqlDBM’s largest enterprise accounts. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional teams (Data Modeling Engineer, AE, Product, Solutions Engineering) to deliver business outcomes, drive renewals, and identify expansion opportunities. Key activities include leading executive business reviews, mapping customer priorities to value realization, and communicating ROI and governance benefits to senior stakeholders. Strong emphasis on building trusted relationships with senior data leaders, translating technical work into clear business impact, and partnering with Sales to close opportunities. Remote-first with travel for key engagements; compensation range reflects base and incentive targets aligned with retention and expansion.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within enterprise SaaS
- Experience managing large-scale Fortune 1000 accounts with complex data ecosystems
- Strong relationship management, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drive strategic renewals, expansion revenue, and customer advocacy
- Hands-on experience translating technical work into executive-level business outcomes
