Strategic CSM owns a portfolio of dental-practice accounts, driving retention and ARR expansion through high customer satisfaction, ROI-driven adoption, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales to convert pilots to full deployments. Must have 2-3 years in customer success or solutions consulting, familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce), and the ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and administrative stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
