Job Summary
Strategic Customer Success Manager to own and grow high-value enterprise relationships ($1B+ retailers and global brands). Drive AI-enabled design-workflow adoption, build and execute account plans, lead executive business reviews, and orchestrate expansion and renewal with VP- and C-suite stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally to shape product roadmaps, manage change, and guide clients through transformational workflows. Requires travel to customer sites; based in New York City with weekly in-person presence in the Dumbo, Brooklyn office.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or a related enterprise-facing role at a SaaS or AI company
- Demonstrated track record of growing and retaining $1B+ retailer or global consumer brand accounts
- Experience driving AI or enterprise software adoption inside complex, matrix organizations
- Strong commercial instincts with retention and expansion targets
- Executive-level communication skills
- New York City-based with ability to be in Dumbo, Brooklyn office one day per week
