Job Summary

Strategic Customer Success Manager to build and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic Dolby customers, drive adoption and ROI of Dolby video products, lead Success Plans and QBRs, coordinate with Technical Account Manager, own renewal strategy, and ensure customers realize measurable business value through AI-enabled workflows and cross-functional collaboration with Product/Ops. Responsibilities include proactive value delivery, stakeholder management across Product Managers to Leadership, alignment of customer KPIs (churn reduction, viewer engagement, ad revenue), ensuring platform utilization beyond basic features, and synthesizing customer insights to influence the long-term product roadmap. Preferred emphasis on data storytelling, AI prompt engineering, streaming tech experience (HLS/DASH), APIs, and ad-tech discussions around CPM, fill rates, and ad-delivery success.
