Job Summary
Own end-to-end portfolio of customer accounts from quote request through delivery and reorder; manage new-customer onboarding (scope requirements, samples, estimates, proofs, first order), drive quote and order execution with the estimating team, and coordinate artwork, proofs, production handoffs, timelines, and customer updates across many simultaneous orders. Maintain account health, retention, and growth through proactive outreach, platform onboarding/adoption, and accurate CRM data. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and data integrity, while growing into senior roles as processes evolve with platform automation.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, sales operations, or customer project management, ideally managing multiple accounts at once
