Job Summary
Lead the development and delivery of Digital ARCC presentations, executive briefings, and high-quality communications for leadership audiences. Partner with IT leadership and subject matter experts to synthesize business updates, ensure messaging consistency, and coordinate recurring engagement deliverables. Support organizational change management by creating communication plans, stakeholder updates, and awareness materials for strategic IT initiatives and cybersecurity programs. Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase stakeholder engagement across the organization. Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner while supporting environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in executive communications, program management, organizational change management, or strategic planning
- Strong presentation development, business writing, and storytelling capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels, including senior executives
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-through skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
