Job Summary
Strategic Client Lead to drive growth in Canberra for NCS Australia; own business development, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue and profit targets. Collaborate with Sales, Capabilities, and Delivery teams to build strong client relationships and promote the NCS brand in the Australian market. Maintain full autonomy over your patch to influence offerings and deliver profitable outcomes, with particular emphasis on the federal government sector. Must leverage an extensive network of federal government contacts to drive complex bids (RFI/RFP) and contract negotiations. Requires deep knowledge of system integration technologies, a consultative sales approach, and exceptional stakeholder management to turn opportunities into measurable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive business development and sales experience in a systems integrator and/or technology consultancy
- Proven track record of identifying opportunities and growing new business
- Strong network of federal government contacts and the ability to drive complex bids, including responding to RFI’s and RFP’s
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across various levels
- A consultative approach with the ability to have value-led conversations
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, driven by sales success
- A deep knowledge of system integration technologies, including new and emerging tech
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and adapt to shifting demands
