Job Summary
Strategic Client Director for Marsh Risk in the Philippines (Manila). Hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office. You will serve as the senior client contact for defined key accounts in the Energy & Power sector, focusing on growing existing large clients and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and delivering strategic account plans, maintaining regular engagement with senior level decision makers, guiding cross-functional teams (Digital, Industry, Employee Benefits, Marsh Risk Consulting), handling significant RFPs, and expanding client relationships across Marsh lines of business. You will collaborate with Risk Management and Specialty leadership to heighten client satisfaction, manage international expansion opportunities, and drive revenue growth through targeted client strategies. Required is a minimum of 10 years in progressive client-facing roles within professional services or insurance, with proven ability to influence and negotiate across diverse stakeholders, and a commitment to high-quality client service. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive professional services client experience
- Insurance industry (carrier, broking, or similar) experience essential
- Energy & Power sector focus essential
- Senior-level client engagement with senior executives
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to drive growth across multiple areas of the organization
