Job Summary
Strategic CFO partner to multiple growth-stage GovCon and growth-focused companies, leading financial strategy, forecasting, and performance optimization; design and implement scalable financial infrastructure; drive data-driven decision-making with KPI visibility; integrate technology, automation, and AI into finance workflows; support M&A and capital raises; mentor accounting teams and client stakeholders; focus on building systems to scale from $2M to $50M+ with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance (DCAA, FAR) and AI-enabled finance processes.
Required Qualifications
- Former CFO or senior finance leader with 10-20+ years experience
- Strong background in GovCon, compliance, or regulated industries (preferred)
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, FP&A, and strategic finance
- Able to communicate with and influence CEOs and executive teams
- Excited by building—not just advising
