Job Summary
Strategic Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Business Leader to oversee a large-scale IFM portfolio (>11 million sq ft) and lead an account team of 400+ professionals. Provide governance, strategic advisory to client leadership, and cross-functional leadership to optimize facilities management operating models, vendor governance, and long-term account growth. Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with client priorities, manage executive relationships (including CFOs/COOs), and present data-driven business cases for value creation, cost optimization, and performance improvement. Establish robust governance processes, drive service delivery excellence, and shape the future-state operating model for the client and JLL. Location: Bengaluru, India on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s in Business Management
- minimum of 15 years of experience in a corporate environment
- experience managing executive-level client relationships and influencing C-suite stakeholders
- experience developing governance frameworks, operating models, vendor strategies, and performance management programs
- exposure to multinational corporate organizations
- ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
- experience managing P&L is desirable
