Job Summary

Strategic Business Director responsible for driving enterprise growth by managing a defined portfolio of named enterprise customers across Corporate, Professional Services, and Government verticals. Engage senior decision makers to understand enterprise data needs (including API/data feeds and AI use cases), lead enterprise-wide commercial discussions for centralized agreements, and collaborate with API/integration/product teams to propose the most appropriate EMIS solutions. Align internal stakeholders, review API agreements for fit with evolving capabilities, and contribute to shaping EMIS’s enterprise go-to-market motion through market insights and customer feedback. Emphasizes collaboration with Account Managers, integration specialists, and senior stakeholders to maximize long-term value and scale partnerships across geographies, while ensuring strategic coordination and value capture across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development within data, SaaS, or information services
  • Strong track record of engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex, global enterprise organizations
  • Established professional network within Corporate, Professional Services, Financial Services, and/or Government sectors
  • Experience selling API, data, analytics, or technology enabled solutions is highly desirable
  • Ability to work across functionally influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
