Job Summary
Strategic Analytics - Vice President focusing on AI, insights, and portfolio growth. Lead AI-enabled initiatives across Portfolio Growth Programs to enable scalable, data-driven portfolio management and governance. Develop dashboards and automated reporting to improve visibility into portfolio trends, customer behavior, and strategy performance for areas such as Credit Line Increase (CLI), Balance Transfer (BT), Pricing, and Portfolio Optimization. Partner with business, risk, analytics, and technology teams to translate business needs into practical analytical solutions; build standardized reporting frameworks; drive continuous improvement of AI and automation initiatives; mentor and lead teams; stay abreast of emerging AI and analytics trends and assess applicability to portfolio management. Demonstrated ability to communicate with senior managers/executives and manage cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, portfolio management, strategy, or related functions within financial services or consumer lending
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies including Generative AI, LLM applications, Orchestration framework and Intelligent automation solution
- Experience working with large datasets, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools
- Strong understanding of portfolio strategies such as credit line management, pricing, balance transfer, or customer engagement strategies
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation, or advanced analytics applications in business processes
- Understanding of scalable AI solution design, prompt engineering, and AI governance concepts preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving execution in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people management and leadership experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, or similar analytical and visualization tools preferred
