Job Summary
Strategic Analytics - Sr Associate will own and deliver executive-level analytics and reporting for the Card Risk organization, combining end-to-end lifecycle deep-dives with portfolio monitoring, risk indicators, and forward-looking insights. Responsibilities include managing recurring executive reports for CRO-level audiences, analyzing delinquency, vintages, losses, and utilization, performing root-cause analysis for unexpected changes, integrating external bureau data (e.g., Experian) and internal datasets (e.g., C360) to improve segmentation and early warning signals, and ensuring data governance, controls, and audit readiness. The role requires strong analytical rigor, the ability to translate complex data into concise leadership narratives, and effective cross-functional collaboration. Preferred qualifications include advanced SQL/Python, experience with Tableau/Power BI, and knowledge of consumer card portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 6+ years in risk management, portfolio analytics, data analytics, or reporting (credit cards preferred)
- Strong SQL/Python/SAS
- Experience with large datasets
- Visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
