Job Summary
Strategic Analytics - Senior Associate on JPMorgan Chase's Digital Fraud Strategy team, responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify fraud trends, developing data-driven strategies to reduce losses, automating fraud alert processes, collaborating with technical and business partners to build fraud-fighting products, and presenting insights to senior leadership. Requires 5+ years in analytics/risk/data science, proficiency in Python/SAS/R/SQL, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations. Knowledge of digital payments channels (e.g., Zelle, bill pay, ACH, real-time payments) and experience with experiments and cross-functional collaboration are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, risk management, or data science (Must Have)
- Proficiency in Python, SAS, R, or SQL
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments
- Ability to translate data into actionable business strategies
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Knowledge of digital payments, fraud prevention, or financial services (preferred)
