Job Summary
Lead deep-dive analytics investigations into revenue leakage, product profitability, and margin optimization, acting as the go-to analyst for Finance stakeholders. Structure complex problems, define success criteria, and synthesize findings into high-impact decks with clear executive recommendations. Own the logic layer and KPI architecture to ensure metric consistency across departments while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and prototype new approaches. Build and manage data products and BI solutions in partnership with engineering teams, simplifying technical architecture for leadership audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, business, economics, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, financial planning and analysis, data products, or management consulting
- Superior presentation and communication skills with a proven track record of delivering data stories and strategic recommendations to a leadership audience
- Experience building and managing complex spreadsheet-based quantitative models
- Experience building or owning data/BI/AI products and solutions
- Advanced Excel
- Data modeling
- Statistical analysis
- SQL
- At least one BI/visualization tool (e.g., Power BI)
- Hands-on use of AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) in daily work
- Work on-site a minimum of two days per week
- Flexible work hours may be required at times to support critical deadlines, planning cycles, global stakeholders, or business needs
- Travel may be required occasionally based on business needs
