Job Summary
Strategic Analytics and Insights Business Partner driving consumer insights and analytics services for NielsenIQ NIQ clients with a focus on sales enablement, partnership with Account Development, and cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute business plans, manage pipelines, and deliver client-focused analytics and recommendations. Responsibilities include independently selling Consumer Insights services, assessing client needs, business development to meet targets, coordinating with solution experts and customer success, scoping projects to meet sales targets, ensuring client satisfaction through on-site and off-site consulting, building SA&I portfolio awareness internally and externally, executing business plans and budgets, maintaining forecasting, advancing technical knowledge of NIQ tools, utilizing CRM data, and collaborating across departments while adhering to financial controls and internal processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, social sciences, business management or any related field
- Preferably 4 years working experience in market research, sales, new business development or a related field
- Native Serbian + good client service skills and ability to communicate and write effectively in English
- Previous experience in client servicing
- Excellent analytical and consultative skills
- Effective oral and written communication
- Ability to prioritize various demands
- Keen attention to detail
