Strategic Alliance Administrative Specialist

Maintain partner program records, coordinate deal registrations and funding submissions, and track certifications and program requirements. Prepare reports and presentation materials, document meeting actions, and work with internal stakeholders to ensure commitments and deadlines are met. Support partner events, enablement activities, marketing development fund documentation, executive meetings, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly alliance performance reporting. A bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, communications, information technology, or a related field is required, along with at least two years of experience in administration, sales operations, partner operations, project coordination, or a similar role. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and shared document platforms is required, while experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, technology partner portals, cloud partner programs, deal registration, certifications, or marketing development funds would be an advantage.
