Job Summary
Lead client projects to defer purchases, validate requests, retire unneeded assets, reallocate equipment, and monetize asset ROI while reducing unnecessary rentals. Track and report financial and operational benefits from these initiatives. Collaborate with client leaders to establish TRIMEDX's toolset as the single source of truth for clinical asset inventory and performance data. Develop high-trust relationships, facilitate communications on lifecycle issues, and resolve escalated problems through improved cross-functional processes. Provide analytics and project management support for client initiatives. This hybrid role requires onsite presence at client hospitals 1-2 days weekly, with travel to the Indianapolis Central Office. Candidates must reside within 100 miles of Nashville, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field
- 5 + years of leadership experience in an acute-care hospital environment
- Prior management and leadership experience
- 5 + years of experience in healthcare services delivery
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong healthcare business perspective and industry/market awareness
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Proven expertise in managing change
- Ability to work onsite at client hospitals 1-2 days a week
- Ability to travel, including to our Indianapolis Central Office
- Candidates must currently reside within 100 miles of Nashville, TN
- Relocation is not available for this position
