Job Summary
Strategic Advisor / Senior Consultant contract role in Toronto (Hybrid) focusing on healthcare strategy and digital transformation. Requires 10+ years in healthcare strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting; strong knowledge of Ontario healthcare and digital health environments; experience with digital health strategy, roadmap development, and governance models; knowledge of EHR/EMR modernization, health data management, interoperability, and AI initiatives; experience in complex public sector or healthcare environments; strong executive communication and stakeholder management; familiarity with PHIPA, PIPEDA, privacy and healthcare data governance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting
- Strong knowledge of Ontario healthcare and digital health environments
- Experience with digital health strategy, roadmap development, and governance models
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR modernization, health data management, interoperability, and AI initiatives
