Job Summary
Partner with the Wealth Client Group to create targeted tactical plans for investor segments, driving distribution of NTAM solutions through WCG Intermediary clients. Design coverage models and resource plans to support sales efforts, while collaborating with product and marketing teams to promote offerings and identify content for new opportunities. Identify high-probability prospects for product adoption, working with partners to introduce additional offerings and deepen relationships across the firm. Build deep relationships with all intermediary and business partners in your territory to retain assets and grow opportunities. Travel domestically to WCG Intermediary client offices, with approximately 20-40% travel required. Requires a Bachelor's degree, minimum three years of investment sales experience, and NASD Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of investment sales experience

- Knowledge of investment management areas across all products and segments such as fixed income, active and passive equities, cash, alternative investments, securities and international
- Knowledge of national footprint across all channels including, but not limited to: Custodians, wirehouses, independent broker/dealers, regional broker/dealers, registered investment advisors, etc.
- Ability to communicate and sell Northern products and services to generate revenue for the bank
- Knowledge of securities and pension industry products and services to compete with other financial institutions
- Negotiation skills
- Travel to WCG Intermediary client offices domestically (approximately 20-40% travel)
