Job Summary
Strategic Accounts Receivable Specialist responsible for the efficient, accurate resolution of accounts receivable for an assigned territory, managing CDMS/dispute management, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key duties include supporting an AR portfolio over $8M USD, coordinating customer meetings, resolving issues within 15 days, processing credit card payments, providing recommendations on customer terms and credit requirements, analyzing international payments and currency considerations, maintaining AR data for discounts/rebates, supporting proof of delivery and product shortage claims, and providing backup to team members. Collaboration with field sales, logistics, and management is required, with a hybrid work arrangement in Andover, MA. Proficiency in Excel, HighRadius/Dispute, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred. The role emphasizes analytical decision-making, precise communication, and a service-first approach to customers and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - or equivalent work experience
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in Accounts Receivable or related accounting roles
- Technical proficiency - Microsoft Excel skills; comfortable navigating spreadsheets, formulas, and creating pivot tables
- Multi-currency processing - Familiarity with international payments, currency conversions, and related compliance
- Collaborative mindset - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including individuals with diverse technical skill levels
- Excellent communication skills - Clear and professional verbal and written communication, with a strong focus on customer service and vendor relations
- Analytical thinking - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
