Job Summary
Manage and grow assigned UPS Strategic Accounts by developing strong customer relationships, executing account plans, and driving revenue growth across UPS battery systems and services. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day commercial interactions, delivering revenue targets, coordinating with engineering and operations, and executing pricing strategies. The position demands 5–8+ years of relevant experience, strong account management skills, and the ability to foster relationships with OEM partners and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within UPS, data center, or critical power markets
- Experience managing complex customer relationships with multiple stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with UPS systems, battery technologies, or critical infrastructure solutions preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple concurrent programs
Additional Requirements
- This position requires you to drive a company vehicle and pass the company’s driving requirements
