Job Summary
Strategic Accounts Manager responsible for leading and growing Tricon Wear Solutions’ most critical customer relationships while driving new business development through OEM partnerships. Primary point of contact for designated strategic accounts, developing and maintaining account plans, conducting business reviews, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring alignment and satisfaction. Champion OEM partnerships by building a pipeline of prospects, tailoring value propositions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet requirements. Promote the AR450 program across strategic accounts, educate customers on technical advantages and ROI, and track adoption. Maintain CRM records, report on activity and forecasts, and work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and marketing to fulfill commitments. Represent Tricon at trade shows and events; travel as required. Qualification highlights include 3–7 years in B2B sales/account management, experience with OEM channels and technical products, strong communication/presentation skills, organizational ability, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel.
