Job Summary
Strategic Account Inside Sales Manager to cultivate and maintain relationships within Strategic Accounts and drive top-line sales growth while preserving gross margins. Responsibilities include leading internal communications for Strategic Accounts, escalating daily activities, participating in planning meetings, developing and executing customer-specific initiatives, communicating company strategies and promotions, delivering brand presentations, managing pricing and quotes to maximize sales and margins, nurturing key contacts, overseeing program execution (merchandising, inventory and order fulfillment), implementing a structured call process documented in CRM, providing feedback on outcomes and improvements, and participating in strategic account tradeshow and end-user activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or college diploma) and 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with strong negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Remote work is available, with a Monday–Friday full-time schedule and a compensation structure based on experience plus bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma required
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B
- Account management experience is a plus
- Proven sales record with strong business acumen
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with multi-project management
- Comprehensive knowledge of company products and programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to build interdepartmental relationships
