Job Summary
Strategic Accounts Manager will represent Blue Earth Diagnostics in the Midwest, building and maintaining long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and C-suite stakeholders in oncology/prostate cancer spaces. Responsibilities include developing and executing regional strategic plans, communicating complex analytical information to diverse audiences, coordinating with Medical, Field, and Reimbursement teams, organizing speaker events and education programs, and ensuring on-label utilization through access and data-driven processes. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong project management, travel 50-70%, and the ability to influence and build credibility across global constituencies while supporting brand objectives and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor’s degree or completion of a certificate program
- At least 5 years of industry experience preferred
- Ability to travel 50%-70% (approx. 10-12 overnights per month)
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and build relationships quickly across global constituencies
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Proficiency in CRM and data reporting
- Understanding of FDA requirements and PhRMA Code
