Job Summary
Strategic Accounts Manager for Individual Retirement responsible for the overall relationship management of assigned strategic distribution partners (e.g., Broker/Dealers, RIAs, Platforms, and TAMPs) within PCS Retirement. Develop and execute strategic plans with each relationship, focusing on sales growth, operational efficiency, training, and marketing needs. Serve as product/service expert to champion PCS Retirement, advocate for strategic partners, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Service teams. Identify trends, escalate issues, and support distribution initiatives such as webinars, campaign development/execution, and sales/service promotions to drive success. Represent PCS at partner and industry events to expand networking and prospect new advisor/plan opportunities. Monitor activity with key accounts, measure progress, and lead process improvements and special projects (e.g., workflow development, new product rollouts, and training) under the Head of Individual Retirement Sales, ensuring high levels of customer service and retention of plans/assets.
