Job Summary

Strategic Accounts Manager responsible for developing business strategies for assigned aerospace/defense accounts and coordinating with sales branches to position TTI as the preferred supplier. Create formal sales/marketing presentations, assist in budgeting for the upcoming fiscal year, initiate and renew pricing agreements to drive incremental profitability, maintain account data, monitor competitive intelligence, and foster strong customer relationships through visits and collaborative programs. Travel up to 50% and ensure ITAR compliance and U.S. Person status where required. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, industry awareness, and ongoing contribution to quality and service objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and five to seven years’ experience in electronics distribution or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Must possess valid state driver’s license, safe driving record and be insurable by the Companies’ liability carrier
  • ITAR requires U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)
