Job Summary
Lead and execute account strategy for named enterprise accounts in Southern Michigan with in-person customer visits, coordinating a matrixed team of technical sales and specialists to secure upsell, cross-sell, and renewals. Build deep understanding of customer business needs and align Red Hat capabilities to drive outcomes. Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, achieve KPIs around revenue and bookings, foster strong relationships with executives, and travel up to 50% to customer sites. Leverage open source expertise and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, Solution Selling) to grow installed base, retain customers, and establish Red Hat as a strategic partner. Demonstrate leadership and collaboration with partners to mobilize internal teams and deliver comprehensive portfolio solutions across Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
