Job Summary
Provide support for Strategic Account customers with accurate order management and timely issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Tennant to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments. Manage orders and quotes for assigned Strategic Accounts with a focus on equipment orders; provide customer support across multiple channels; coordinate master data, material control requests, and plant changes to support order entry; partner with sales, production, distribution centers, and logistics to meet delivery expectations; execute against unique customer requirements; process customer complaints and returns promptly; develop and maintain how-to-do-business documentation; serve as a subject matter expert for assigned accounts. Strong emphasis on customer-focused service, problem-solving, and efficient, detail-oriented execution in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role
