Job Summary
Strategic Account Specialist supporting Outside Sales by maintaining product and market knowledge, driving sales across varied accounts, and providing proactive customer service. Serve as a SME for Sales Support Specialist; review client documents for accuracy in SugarCRM; identify, qualify, and close product inquiries within an assigned geographic territory; generate reports and provide weekly updates; collaborate with regional field sales to drive incremental revenue and achieve targets; maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure promises are followed through. Hybrid work arrangement with reporting to the nearest location and on-site meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate or bachelor's degree in related business or sales discipline preferred
- 2 years of proven sales and support experience
- Ability to effectively use computer software and technology including a CRM system (SugarCRM)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new equipment and processes in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities
