Job Summary
Develop and grow strategic relationships within defined major accounts and various product categories, prioritizing Menard's to ensure it remains a top focus in all planning and execution. Maintain high responsiveness and accessibility while identifying new business opportunities and using sales data to drive customer recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sourcing, and operations teams to execute initiatives, presenting concepts and managing business at the SKU level. Partner closely with factories throughout product development and fulfillment while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines. This role requires strong retail expertise, business acumen, and familiarity with Menard's buying processes to drive strategic growth across multiple categories.
