Job Summary
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key distributor partners while serving as the primary contact for high-priority accounts. Develop customized strategies to drive sales growth, lead upselling and cross-selling efforts, and act as a trusted advisor on dental products and industry trends. Partner with internal teams to coordinate promotional campaigns, manage contract negotiations, and monitor account performance through data analysis and KPI tracking. This fully remote role reports to the Country Manager within a medium-sized organization focused on achieving a Lifetime of Oral Health.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum grade 12 education
- Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, or a related role within the dental or healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of dental products, services, and technologies, with the ability to provide expert advice to clients
- Demonstrated success in managing high value accounts and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build trust with senior level clients
- Strong problem solving abilities, with the capacity to proactively address client issues and provide solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain a reliable internet connection
- Maintain a productive and distraction-free work environment
- Consistent availability during established business hours
