Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager responsible for leading account planning and cross-functional coordination for Sanofi Vaccines in Scranton, PA with Remote US eligibility. Build and execute strategic account plans for assigned health-system customers and high-value vaccine contracts, develop growth strategies with senior-level stakeholders, and drive revenue through trusted partnerships. Establish and nurture executive relationships, coordinate internal resources, coach account teams, and ensure alignment across value drivers, market trends, and customer priorities. Requires 5+ years of field sales/account management, a bachelor’s degree, ability to access C-suite to D-suite decision makers, travel up to 75%, and strong communication and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in MS Office and customer-management databases is preferred; MBA or advanced degree and data analytics experience are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience
- Broad understanding of health system business, decision making processes & market trends
- Proven ability to translate health system market knowledge and develop strategic plans with internal stakeholders
- Experience with Hospitals, Health Systems, IHNs and other large-organized customers
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Must possess valid driver’s license, be eligible for insurance coverage and safe to operate a vehicle
