Job Summary

Strategic Account Manager responsible for leading and growing strategic BFSI enterprise relationships across Thailand. Build deep multi-level relationships from IT teams to the C-suite, translate client challenges into Trend AI solutions, identify and drive opportunities, and collaborate with partners and internal teams to maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts. Role requires sales leadership in cybersecurity/IT solutions, strong industry insight, and ability to influence senior stakeholders while driving measurable business outcomes. Hybrid in Bangkok, with focus on enterprise accounts, resellers, and GSI collaboration, and ongoing market awareness of cybersecurity trends and Trend AI product portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise account management experience in IT or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of managing and growing BFSI accounts with quota attainment
  • Hands-on experience selling cybersecurity, networking, or IT solutions
  • Strong knowledge of the competitive market and virtualisation/cloud-based security solutions preferred
  • Ability to engage and influence at C-level stakeholders
