Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager in Ankara focuses on proactively targeting prospects and existing clients to drive adoption of Trend Micro security solutions, grow defined territory, collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Sales teams, and manage accounts to meet revenue targets. Key duties include building trusted relationships with CIO/CISO levels, developing market strategies for products/services, coordinating with ecosystem partners (AWS, Microsoft, VMware, Google), maintaining Salesforce opportunity data, delivering demonstrations through the sales cycle, leading account review meetings, and driving ongoing customer engagement from demos to post-implementation support. The role requires strong enterprise sales experience, proficiency in communicating value of cybersecurity offerings, and the ability to manage complex multi-customer scenarios while collaborating across Technical, Marketing, and Channel teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Sales Experience
- Account Management certification such as SPIN or TAS would be highly regarded
- Sales Based Certifications
- Exposure to End Customer Environments and Channels
- Ability to network and build relationships with senior executives
- Experience in presenting business value proposition and solutions/benefits of complex technology
