Job Summary
Lead strategic opportunities and serve as the primary liaison for select mission partners, identifying and qualifying growth aligned with customer priorities. Engage regularly with senior government leadership to understand capability gaps and develop long-term account plans including growth projections and campaign strategies. Drive proposal development by shaping solutions, defining win themes, and coordinating with technical leads and corporate strategy partners. Collaborate with program teams to provide voice-of-customer insights, ensuring technical investments align with operational missions while driving internal communication across engineering and leadership. Maintain deep awareness of partner mission areas and track technology trends from R&D through deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI
- Eligibility to support special access programs (SAP)
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's or graduate degree
- 20+ years of relevant experience related to cybersecurity, national security, engineering, business, or policy
- Proven track record within the Department of War, Intelligence Community, and/or special operations / cyber operations communities
- Experience supporting technology development and integration for OSD, Combatant Commands, IC mission partners, and operationally-oriented national security offices and agencies
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate across technical and non-technical organizations
- Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts to government, technical, and executive audiences, including senior leadership
