Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager responsible for promoting SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographic area. Focuses on direct product selling (physician-dispensed skincare and skin resurfacing system) and executing pull-through programs/events to patients, leveraging Allergan Medical resources, collaborating with multiple internal teams, and delivering account plans to achieve sales quotas. Requires technical product and procedure expertise, strong consultative selling, territory planning, product differentiation messaging, and effective customer education through individual and group presentations. Travel is required to manage a field-based portfolio, with experience in device placement, scheduling, and event support to drive skin care and consumable business. Proficiency in data reporting, budgeting, and use of tools like Excel and PowerPoint is expected, along with the ability to communicate strategy across teams and adapt to the evolving marketing plan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
- Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience required with B2B2C sales experience preferred
- Aesthetics sales background or related experience with a skin care company highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong contract/negotiating skills
- Financial/budgetary experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other software
