Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager to drive growth in Westlake’s roofing portfolio across the Northeast (PA/VA preferred). Responsibilities include proactive outreach to HOAs, top roofing contractors, architects, and consultants; expanding market share; managing a robust sales pipeline through cold calling and targeted outreach; promoting and educating stakeholders on Westlake’s roofing systems; monitoring regional market trends; collaborating with territory managers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Requires 70% travel on average, insurability and a valid US driver’s license. Ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office. Office locations include remote opportunities in the US with specific sites in Marion, VA; Philadelphia, PA; Richmond, VA; Pittsburgh, PA; and a remote US option. Westlake emphasizes growing wallet share, product specification, and cross-functional teamwork to achieve regional sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of five to seven years work experience in a related role
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, detail oriented
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with good interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills and ability to speak comfortably in front of groups
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite including Teams and Outlook 365
- Experience with Salesforce
